Three partners, one path to a career
Project Seepshila gives college students an integrated, hands-on learning experience: practical bootcamps, career counseling, industry-specific training, internships and entrepreneurship development.
It links three partners. Colleges host credit-linked courses and send students into the program. Industry defines the skills it needs, hosts interns and offers placements. Iraa Ventures counsels, trains, mentors and coordinates.
Academic knowledge alone is not enough
Students in today's fast-moving IT industry need hands-on skills, industry exposure and guidance to make informed career decisions.
IT graduates enter Nepal's workforce each year, many lacking practical, industry-ready skills.
NAS-IT via The Himalayan TimesYouth unemployment (ages 15–24) in Nepal in 2025, against a 15.5% world average.
World Bank / ILO via TheGlobalEconomyTeamwork and problem-solving, practical training and university curricula are the strongest predictors of graduate employability (384 students surveyed).
Khadka, NepJOL 2025A Kathmandu University study traces the gap in ICT graduate employability to four causes:
- Too little practicum and work-based learning
- Curriculum that lags industry
- Weak university–industry relations
- Students and employers rating readiness differently

Yes, the net cost is zero. The training fee is returned to you when you complete the training.
During the semester break or every Sunday, so they fit around regular classes. Each credit-linked course is 10 hours and carries 3 credit hours.
Each batch has 14–16 students drawn from different colleges, small enough for personal attention and mixed enough to learn from each other.
Tell us the skills you need in an intern. We train students on them for three months, then they join you for a three-month internship. You can offer placements to those who perform well. There is no fee for industry partners.
We start with a partner meeting, then map your syllabus and the skills industry needs. Next we agree on scheduling, faculty involvement, intern numbers and placement terms, and launch with credit sessions and counseling.
